Isolation Notes

Use this service if you have to stay at home because of coronavirus and you need a note for your employer.

If you have to stay at home but feel well enough to work, ask your employer if you can work from home. If you can work from home, you will not need an isolation note.

Patient Arrival Screen

You can mark yourself as having arrived for your appointment yourself by using the screen in reception; the screen will tell you which waiting room to go to.

Patient Participation Group (PPG)

We have a Patient Participation Group at the Practice. This group aims to be representative of the patients to ensure that they assist with changes within the practice. This group is mainly a virtual group and is email based, however, correspondence by post can be arranged.

The aim of this group is to discuss issues affecting patient care within the Practice, and in local services, with an aim to maintain, or indeed improve the quality of services available locally.

Although the group is supported by the Practice, it is in principle autonomous, and consults with the Practice regarding other matters like regular patient surveys, and reports reflecting the views from the surveys.

Please see the Sign Up tab, where you may either register online, or download a sign-up form, if you would like to be involved.

If you would like to find out more about the sort of thing PPGs do please have a look at the website for the National Association of Practice Participation (NAPP)
