Use this service if you have to stay at home because of coronavirus and you need a note for your employer.

If you have to stay at home but feel well enough to work, ask your employer if you can work from home. If you can work from home, you will not need an isolation note.

For urgent medical care when we are closed please call the NHS Out of Hours Service on 111. This number is free from landlines and mobiles.

If you have a medical emergency which requires an ambulance please call 999 please note this should only be used in absolute medical emergencies.

Accident & Emergency

The closest A&E Department is at University College Hospital, Grafton Way, WC1. They are open 24 hours a day and treat serious injuries and major illnesses. 

Minor Injuries Units - These are specialist units designed to treat minor injuries and problems. Waiting times will usually be shorter than in an A&E department.
